Live casino leader Evolution has completed the acquisition of the streaming game provider Livespins for a sum of €5 million.

This acquisition agreement encompasses an initial cash payment and commits Evolution to an additional earn-out payment, contingent on Livespins’ financial performance in 2026. The completion of this acquisition is expected within the first half of the year, pending the fulfillment of certain conditions.
